Digitalism Online Magazine Reginelle Pasta
with grilled chicken breast slices and sliced mushrooms in alfredo sauce

Ingredients
2 cups cooked sliced pieces of chicken breast oven roasted in olive oil, thyme and rosemary
2 cups sliced mushrooms
4 tbsps freshly chopped parsley leaves
4 minced garlic cloves
1 small red onion sliced and minced
butter one stick
1 and half cup half and half cream or 18 percent cream
chopped onion leaves
pepper, salt, nutmeg to taste
1/4 cup white wine
sprinkles of cheddar and mozzarella shredded
grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1. Cooked Chicken Breasts
saute breast pieces with pepper salt, thyme, rosemary, 1/2 butter stick, half of the minced garlic and olive oil , sliced mushrooms and stir fry in chicken broth just enough to moisten breasts. After sauted add chopped onion leaves. Set aside in a dish
2. Alfredo Sauce
In same frying pan used to saute chicken breast pieces, add the other half of butter stick, some olive oil and remaining garlic and onions. Add parsley chopped and green onions. Simmer in cream and add parmesan cheese, stirring continuosly with a wooden spoon.
Season with salt and pepper. When sauce thickens add shredded cheese if needed or add more cream and grated parmesan cheese and bring to boil stirring continuosly with a wooden spoon while it thickens. Add dash of nutmeg .Take off heat
3.Prepare Pasta according to package instructions
Make Pasta and when readydrain well and serve in a pasta bowl. Microwave the prepared Alfredo Sauce and pour over sauce over pasta.
Surround pasta with sauteed mushrooms and chicken breast. Serve immediately.
