An exciting trend of regal cultural fusion in women’s fashion marks the times as the internet makes it seamless for cross cultural transfer, e-commerce  and virtual mobility across the globe. With the Royal wedding over, many are still left in awe from the aura of Kate Middleton’s royal wedding dress. Currently inspired replicas of Kate’s wedding dress are being sketched on the drawing boards and made to be quickly available at exclusive bridal salons. The delicate simplicity of Chantilly lace seen in Kate’s wedding dress is also seen in the fashion lines of designers such as Bisma Ahmed who has a flair for fusion designs combining regal cultures.

Kate Middleton’s royal wedding dress designed by Sarah Burton from the British fashion house of Alexander McQueen was a luxurious fusion of classical and traditional coy simplicity, British royalty intertwined with a neckline of modernity indulging us into a bodice of English and French Chantilly lace. The royal wedding dress was absolutely breathtaking, trending a regal cultural fusion of the old and the new. The art of fusion is a skill mastered only by the highly talented who have the meticulous craftsmanship, a dreamer’s spell bounding vision of exquisite cultural elegance and a magician’s ability to deliver a creation. Such is the talent of upcoming fashion designer Bisma Ahmed, winner of Dubai Fashion Week’s Emerging Talent.

Bisma’s regal and feminine fashion line called BZMA is now trending as a royal cultural fusion not only of the old and the new but also draws from the seemingly opposite eastern and western fashion hemispheres.
